Shipping options

Free Shipping is available for eligible delivery addresses. An optional Priority Shipping rate of US $2.99 is also available. The options and final charges available for your address are shown at checkout.

Destinations and availability

We accept orders to the countries and regions available at checkout. Availability can change because of carrier coverage, customs requirements or other delivery restrictions. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will contact you and refund any amount collected for the unfulfilled order.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery timing depends on the destination, processing and carrier service. We do not promise a fixed arrival date. Priority Shipping requests priority handling and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Tracking information will be shared when available from the fulfillment provider. We do not currently promise third-party shipping insurance.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

Check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us promptly if it needs to change. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started. If a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us so we can investigate with the fulfillment provider. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Customs and import charges

International deliveries may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. Any charges collected by us are displayed at checkout. Additional charges imposed by your destination country may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier where permitted by law.
